Your personal Twitter feeds can be accessed now across the Yahoo'S products including homepage, Yahoo Mail, Yahoo Sports, etc.

This will enable all the Yahoo Account holders to send the Twitter updates without leaving the Yahoo services. Yahoo's Twitter alliance deal consists of three major areas: Access the Twitter feeds from anywhere in the Yahoo, Send Twitter updates from Yahoo and Real-time public Twitter updates in Search and other Media properties.

Foremost integration of the real-time Twitter updates is going to be found in the Yahoo Search whereas complete integration would take some time while complete Twitter integration will get in later this year. For now, only Yahoo.com shows Twitter updates at the end of the page in Yahoo Search's results.

Yahoo had also announced Yahoo Meme that works on similar lines to Twitter but along with some more features for the content sharing.

With such content-sharing partnership, Yahoo has overshadowed Google and Microsoft's integration of Twitter in their Internet search.

It might be time to dig through the attic to see what you can find.

A rare copy of the first ever comic book featuring Superman has been sold for $1 million.

The 1938 edition of Action Comics No. 1, widely known as the Holy Grail of Comic Books, shows Superman lifting a car on the cover. At the time of printing, the Superman comic cost a mere 10 cents. The private seller sold the comic to a private buyer via ComicConnect.com , February 22nd.

The sale beats the previous comic book sale price record for $317,000, which happened to be for the exact same issue, but in lesser condition. The record breaking issue was considered an "8.0 grade" or "very fine" out of a possible "10" which is unheard of for an issue this old.

Stephen Fishler, co-owner of the Web site that facilitated the sale, said the comic sold just minutes after being listed and the seller, who has not released his name, was a "well known individual" in New York with a pedigree collection.

It is believed that there are only about 100 copies of "Action Comics No. 1" in existence, and only a few have been rated so highly or available for sale.

"The opportunity to buy an un-restored, high-grade 'Action One' comes along once every two decades," Fishler said. "It's certainly a milestone".

Especially with a million dollar price tag.

"It is still a little stunning to see 'a comic book' and '$1 million' in the same sentence," Fishler said.

The 10 billionth song has been downloaded from Apple's iTunes, seven years after the launch of the online store which provided a lifeline to the struggling music industry.

"10 billion songs downloaded from iTunes. And counting," read an online counter at the Apple website.

The California company behind the iPod, iPhone and Macintosh computer had promised a 10,000-dollar iTunes gift card to the person who downloaded the 10-billionth song.

To mark the landmark download, Apple provided a list of the all-time top songs on iTunes.

"I Gotta Feeling" by the Black Eyed Peas took the top slot followed by Lady Gaga's "Poker Face" and "Boom Boom Pow", also by the Black Eyed Peas.

The iTunes Music Store was launched in 2003 at a time when the music industry was struggling with digital piracy and plummeting album sales.

Initially offering songs for 99 cents, iTunes has expanded over the years and now offers television shows, movies, podcasts and other content.

In April of last year, Apple changed its song prices and individual tunes now sell for 69 cents, 99 cents or 1.29 US dollars with studios deciding pricing.

Apple reportedly made the pricing concession in exchange for studios backing off demands for digital rights management software that prevents music from being copied.

Toy maker Mattel has given Barbie, an iconic fashion doll since 1959, a new career - this time as a computer engineer.

For the first time, the company took an online vote, asking people to select the Barbie doll's 125th career by choosing between architect, computer engineer, environmentalist, news anchor or surgeon. And voters chose the high-tech job.

Mattel polled fans on Facebook and Twitter for Barbie's next big career change.

However, while the popular vote went to computer engineer, Mattel noted that girls selected news anchor as their favored career for the doll that, over the years, has been an aerobics instructor, nurse, flight attendant, NASCAR driver and an ambassador.

The girl's choice wasn't disregarded. News Anchor Barbie will be the doll's 126th career.

The toy company, which unveiled both new career-minded dolls at the 2010 American International Toy Fair last weekend, noted that they are both expected to hit store shelves this fall.

To create an authentic look, Mattel designers worked with the Society of Women Engineers and the National Academy of Engineering to develop the wardrobe and accessories for Computer Engineer Barbie, the company noted.

Computer Engineer Barbie is going geek chic with a binary code patterned T-shirt. She's also decked out with a pink laptop, a smartphone, a Bluetooth headset, and trendy eye wear.

To add to the idea of being a computer engineer, the doll comes with a code that unlocks exclusive online game content on Barbie.com.

Music training can shape a growing child's brain, says a new research.

At the American Association for the Advancement of Science annual meeting, a Northwestern University neuroscientist had argued that music training has profound effects that shape the sensory system and should be a mainstay of K-12 education.

"Playing an instrument may help youngsters better process speech in noisy classrooms and more accurately interpret the nuances of language that are conveyed by subtle changes in the human voice," says Nina Kraus, Hugh Knowles Professor of Neurobiology, Physiology and Communication Sciences at Northwestern University.

"Cash-strapped school districts are making a mistake when they cut music from the K-12 curriculum," says Kraus, director of the Auditory Neuroscience Laboratory in Northwestern's School of Communication.

Kraus suggested that music education can be an effective strategy in helping typically developing children as well as children with developmental dyslexia or autism more accurately encode speech.

"People's hearing systems are fine-tuned by the experiences they've had with sound throughout their lives," says Kraus. "Music training is not only beneficial for processing music stimuli. We have found that years of music training may also improve how sounds are processed for language and emotion."

Researchers in the Kraus lab provided the first concrete evidence that playing a musical instrument significantly enhances the brainstems sensitivity to speech sounds.

Good news for Zhu Zhu fans: The fuzzy electronic hamsters have quickly multiplied from just four last year to more than 40 new ones that will hit stores by summer.

The $10 Zhu Zhu Pets, which scurry around the floor making squeaks and interact with each other in separately sold habitats, were the hottest-selling toys of 2009.

According to Cepia Inc., the company that launched the toys last year, more than 7 million U.S. households are already owners of Zhu Zhu hamsters such as the hugely popular "Mr. Squiggles" and "Pipsqueak".

Bruce Katz, vice president at Cepia, said the company has so far raked in about $70 million from worldwide sales of these toy rodents.

But that was last year. The buzz ahead of the upcoming annual Toy Fair in New York is all about what Cepia has in its toy chest for this year.

Katz provided a sneak peek on Thursday. Among the new Zhu Zhus is a line of four hamsters called Rockstars named "Pax", "Kingston", "Rider" and "Roxie". The names are inspired by the children of celebrities, including Angelina Jolie and Gwen Stefani.

"Rockstars are the first long-haired hamsters with attitude", said Katz. Although the hamsters don't interact with each other, Katz said a smart chip in each toy gives it its own unique personality.

Katz said the new "Wild Bunch" collection extends the brand beyond hamsters. "There's a skunk, hedgehog, raccoon and a bunny," he said.

"The appeal of this new collection is that these are animals that every child wants to have but parents won't let them have it" said Katz

There's also a much-anticipated Kung Zu line of fighter hamsters geared primarily for boys aged 8 to 12.

Cepia will introduce 40 new Zhu Zhu characters in total this year, launching a new line every six weeks, said Katz.

The United States Mint will send the Millard Fillmore Presidential $1 Coin into circulation on Feb. 18, 2010. On the same day the US Mint will ceremoniously unveil the new dollar at the Moravia Central School in Moravia, N.Y. at 10 AM ET.

Fillmore was born only five miles east of Moravia. He served as the 13th President of the United States from 1850-1853. These were tremulous times for the country which was already on the verge of a civil war, postponed by the Compromise of 1850. Fillmore is credited with the 1854 Treaty of Kanagawa effectively ending the isolationism of Japan.

US Mint Deputy Director Andrew Brunhart will present the new dollar at the ceremony. Master of Ceremonies will be local history teacher John Haight. Sheila Tucker, Cayuga Count historian, is scheduled to speak.

Children 18 and under will receive a free Fillmore dollar while others may exchange dollar bills for the new coins. The Mint will also offer 25-coin rolls for $35.95 from either Philadelphia or Denver that may be ordered directly from its Web site (http://www.usmint.gov/.)

Don Everhart designed the portrait of Millard Fillmore that is featured on the obverse or heads side. It also includes the inscriptions "MILLARD FILLMORE", "IN GOD WE TRUST","13TH PRESIDENT" and "1850-1853".

JK Rowling, Sweden's Crown Princess Victoria and Kim Clijsters in their Barbie world

Harry Potter author JK Rowling, tennis champion Kim Clijsters and Sweden's Crown Princess Victoria have all been given the ultimate plastic accolade: being turned into a Barbie doll.

The three successful women join chat show host Oprah Winfrey and German president Angela Merkel in having one-of-a-kind dolls made in their image, as Barbie tries to shed its air-head associations.

"They are true role models for girls of all ages, embodying the essence and values of Barbie," said Rosa Zeegers, senior vice president of Barbie International.

"Whether you are four years old or 70 years old, we all need aspirational role models in our lives."

Kim Clijsters, who returned to sport after the birth of her daughter and went on to win the US Open last year, said it was "incredible" to see herself recreated in 11.5-inch plastic.

"It's an honour to be looked at as a role model - but that doesn't mean I'm the perfect woman!" she said.

Her doll features a tennis outfit resembling the one she wore for the US Open final, a racquet, a replica of the trophy and even a miniature version of her daughter Jada.

The JK Rowling doll, meanwhile, is dressed in the black wool suit and hot pink top combination she wore at the 2009 Monsters and Critics Award Banquet.

The three one-of-a-kind Barbie dolls, which will not go on general sale, are being showcased in Mattel's showroom at the world's largest toy fair in Nuremberg, Germany.

A rare silver coin dating back to 211 BC has been unearthed at the Leicestershire village of Hallaton in the UK and is considered to be the oldest piece of Roman currency.

A metal detectorist found the 2,221-year-old coin -- a denarius -- along with 5,000 other coins, a richly decorated Roman cavalry helmet and a unique decorated silver bowl.

While one side of the coin depicts the goddess Roma wearing her characteristic helmet, the other side shows mythical twins Castor and Pollux sit astride galloping horses, the Daily Mail reported.

David Sprason, a member of Leicestershire County Council, said: "Leicestershire boasts of the largest number of Iron Age coins ever professionally excavated in Britain.

"To also have the oldest Roman coin ever found is something very special."

Describing the news as 'exciting', David Mattingly of the University of Leicester said: "This hoard has changed our view of just how significant the East Midlands were in this period and this coin is a good example."

"It indicates there was contact between this region and the Roman Empire despite the distance between the East Midlands and the parts of Britain the Romans arrived in, like Colchester and Chichester."

The coin is considered to have been minted in Rome at the time of the Hannibalic wars and reached Britain after passing through many hands. It is preserved at the Harborough Museum in Leicestershire.
